This view of the protected inner harbour area of Cowichan Bay, British Columbia is not open to the general public. Fortunately, I was staying at a hotel in the village that has this view from the private courtyard that extends from the waterview suites away from the main road. There was a delicate balance of colour in the sky and the water's surface to highlight the view of the nearby boats.
