The community of Sooke, British Columbia can be a blend of sunshine, mist and fog on many days. I was visiting there on a mid-winter day when the morning fog was being pushed and pulled by a slight breeze off the land. This view across the harbour in the direction of wharves and nearby homes appeared, disappeared and then reappeared as I took this photograph before it was lost again.
